Year 2 Common Test July 2007/ Admin for the break

Hi guys,

for the common test, you will have THREE questions to complete for Paper 3 (Modern Writing). These questions are:

- PC - no choice
- Comparison question between Murder and Wilfred Owen - choice of 2 questions
Single text essay question on Heart of Darkness

Lecture
Ms Chua and I will be conducting the holiday lit lecture on the 19th of June. It will be held in LT 2 from 8 am to tentatively 1 pm.

I will be conducting a class for those people who have missed the last part of Heart of Darkness after the lecture at the library instruction room. I will basically be going through the last few pages after Kurtz's death. You better come if you don't know anything.

Consultation
I will be away from the 10th to the 13th. 14th, I will be with the Temasek Sem people. I will only be free on the 18th afternoon, 21st and perhaps 22nd. Once common test starts, I should be free except for some invigilation periods.

Please book slots with me early and bring questions.

Essays
Some of you have not handed in your 2 assignment essays. I'll pass back the PC essays during the lit lecture.

Notes on KM
