NYJC's Othello

Plug for play:

The Nanyang Junior College
English Drama Club and English Department
present
William Shakespeare’s
Othello

Directed by award winning director Christina Sergeant, and with a cast and crew of both students and teachers of the college, NYJC’s Drama Night 2007 is a production not to be missed.

A special feature of our production will be a 30min question and answer session with Ms Sergeant after the performance. This is a great opportunity for the audience to find out more about the staging and interpretation of the text from the director herself. Consultation for the March break

Hi everyone,

my training days have been postponed, so I will be in on Wednesday till lunch time, Thursday and Friday till lunch. Please arrange with me any consultation slots in advance.Come with questions and read beforehand.

Stay tuned for details on Ms Chua's make-up classes.

By the way, should some of you hit below a certain grade for your common test, or if your common test answers show proof of your lack of knowledge, you are definitely spending more time with me, work-Nazi, next term and for the rest of the year.

Looking at Drama (or 'Purple Vomit' is also applicable to Murder)

I was looking through the document bank on KM and there's a lecture on the elements of drama in there that you might like to revisit. Any study of drama (including Duchess) would encompass those elements, so make sure you revise with them in mind.
